It’s Thanksgiving week – how are you doing? Let’s talk about self care during the holidays! The season has begun and while I am excited to make the most of it despite the craziness of 2020, I also want to be very intentional about how I taking care of myself during the hustle and bustle. I’m doing my best to hold the tension of living in the present and positioning myself for a fresh new year!
In the spirit of this special season, I want to share a some Valentines inspired self care ideas! It doesn’t matter what your relationship status is, you deserve to love on yourself and others in February!
A new year means it’s time to write that list of things I’d like to tackle before December 31st. This is my 21 before 2021. When it comes to goals and resolutions, I see resolutions to focus more on lifestyle choices and goals to be more like projects with a start date and end date.
It’s a brand new year. A brand new decade. So many things are possible. And while it’s exciting to sit at the beginning of a new era, bright eyed and expectant, it can also feel frightening. Endless possibilities means choices need to be made.
I have so many great titles on my TBR and I don’t just want to read them, I want to have conversations about them. So this will be a space dedicated to reading good books and having great conversations!
It’s very simple! Read as many books off of the list of 20 books below before the end of the year. This challenge is meant to guide you to read broadly and maybe even out of your comfort zone! If your goal in 2020 is to read fewer than 20 books, no sweat! Choose however many categories you want from the list to help you reach your goal.
