Hey Friend,
Let’s Choose the Right things, not just the good things.

Biblical Freedom for Tired Women

Hi, my name is Elyssa! I’m a Bookworm, Biblical Literacy Advocate, Planner Girl, Music Lover, Live Well Enthusiast, Community Builder, and Resource Curator.
I also love carbs, dislike avocados (don’t come for me), am probably behind in my laundry, and live for beautiful bookcases filled with books (scratch that! I live for Jesus and I really enjoy looking at beautiful bookcases filled with books. Ahem, #priorities). And if you haven’t noticed, I like words. I like writing them and speaking them. I’m a certified chatterbox, always with something to say – whether called for or not 🙃
Your life may not look anything like mine—you’re probably normal and like avocados—but I’ll bet you’ve got a lot on your plate too. And I’ll bet you sometimes struggle with knowing what to keep and what to toss, when to say “yes, of course!” and when “no” is absolutely okay.
The world is chaotic, noisy, and so very hectic, and sometimes it’s all we can do to keep up the pace. Girl, hear me when I say that it’s okay to crave slow and quiet, to have a bold personality but healthy boundaries. You can laugh out loud and put your foot down. You can love adventure and walk away from drama. You can be a boss in your career and live a simple life with the people you love that you don’t have to show off to the world. The world needs women with personality, creativity, agency, and dimension who also know that quiet strength, dignity, and grace are both hard fought and priceless.
So what’s my mission?
To give us permission and space to choose the right things, not just the good things. And here’s what I’ve learned: the only way to know the difference is to be rooted in the Gospel. Knowing who we are in Christ and what He accomplished on our behalf will give us permission to ditch both hustle culture and performative religion. We don’t have to prove anything to anyone and we don’t have to earn God’s love – He already gave that to us on the cross. We’re free to learn how to choose differently, walk humbly, and give generously—because that’s what He’s called all of us to do: love Him whole-heartedly and love people selflessly. That’s exactly what it means to live well & stay focused – choosing grace over grinding, baseline over breaking point, and sustainable rhythms over endless hustle. I think it’s time for change, and it isn’t in the noise and chaos—it’s in the quiet and focus. Ready for the ride? Let’s do this together!

There’s a method for the madness
and it starts with grace.
I’m like you. I need something that’ll help me choose the right things, not just the good things in life. Something that will help me live from grace, not for performance.
So I created The Live Well Stay Focused Method. It’s built on the gospel and designed for real life. Sound interesting? Let me show you how it works!
